Delightful little ice cream shop also selling an eclectic mix of cocktails and ceramics. Indoor and outdoor seating and takeaway ice creams available. We opted to sit inside. I had the Lime Granita which was a taste sensation and beautifully presented and my partner had the small batch Gooseberry ice cream in a waffle cone. Both absolutely delicious, highly recommended.

Had the best ice cream here yesterday! The cafe was so cozy and welcoming. Wish I’d found it sooner, my trip was way too short! If I lived nearby, I’d honestly come here every day. Thanks for being so sweet (and for refilling my water bottle too! )

The most delicious and interesting ice cream! This was pricey but as it's small batch and really high quality, it was definitely worth it for a summer holiday treat. We had the pink grapefruit and campari sorbet with brown bread ice cream (left in the photo) and peach, tomato and raspberry and fig leaf ice creams (right in the photo). The peach, tomato and raspberry sounds weird but the tomato wasn't detectable but just seemed to amplify the peachiness, and then the raspberry was rippled through it. The service was also lovely.

Quite simply one of the best spots I’ve visited in the UK, let alone Cornwall. Tucked away from the busy streets of St Ives, Palais offers immaculate vibes to go alongside the delicately made delicious cocktails and elite gelato. Had the waxed tequila which was everything I wanted and more (my friend got the pina colada and it might’ve been heaven in a glass, might even trump the waxed tequila). Chocolate gelato was smooth with chocolate bits and top draw, but amongst all of it, the winner of the day was the handmade waffle cone. You will not find a better cone anywhere in this country and let me know when you find a better one elsewhere in the world. Loved chatting to the owner (I think?), who made all of our orders with care and precision. Laid back atmosphere, yet full of class. 100/10 experience.

Cocktails, ice cream and more - a must visit! The best ice cream in St Ives! Palais Provisions serves a curated and seasonally changing menu of handmade ice creams - made with local Cornish milk. Unique flavours are made with love and talent, they are truly the best I’ve ever tasted. The homemade cones, are also heavenly! As well as ice cream and some lovely artisanal products, Palais Provisions serve delicious wine and cocktails - the martini and waxed negroni are particularly special! Everything is done with artistic flair and attention to detail - it’s a very special place.

Such an exceptional and welcoming bar we absolutely love it. A welcome quiet spot in a busy St Ives, we are locals so it is especially nice for us, but equally great for tourists for pre or post dinner drinks. Jess & Rich’s knowledge is out of this world and they make us feel very special every time we go in. They have made family occasions special with personally tailored drinks and the food offering is of such great quality. It’s only small and family run, so any unfair reviews in my opinion should be taken with a pinch of salt, if you can get in to this three table beauty of a bar, take it as a compliment to the business and support them in these hard times. Well worth the visit, by far our favourite place it St Ives.
